PJ,

I was Recon 3/6 from '74 to '79.

In 1977 each of the Infantry battalions sent 2 East Berlin Ground Patrol* leaders tour leaders and 2 recorders to work at BB. We were attached to Service Company. Charlie Robertson and myself were the tour leaders from 3/6 Scouts. Tour leaders from the other battalions were Battles, Griffith, Duty, and ????. The only recorder I remember was Sinclair. I don't think any of the recorders came from the recon platoons. Those names ring any bells?

I think only one of the NCO's from 2/6 & 4/6 were from the Recon Platoons but that was alooong time ago.

Bob

*aka 2G2 patrol and Soviet Sector Flag Tour and I think another name I don't recall ;)
